I am able to offer my services because of the consistent web of support I receive from my community, my ancestors and the land, all for whom I have immense gratitude. In-person visits
We typically hold council for 20–30 minutes, then transition to somatic work or acupuncture for the rest of your appointment. I encourage deliberate and slow movement back into the world after sessions.
Virtual visits
These visits are rich, since much of the art of medicine is discovering your own inner healer.
Details
Because I offer adjunctive care, I do not offer traditional primary or acute care. Instead, I love working as part of your constellation of care and am happy to refer you to other practitioners or collaborate with your current team. Learn more about the focus of my practice here.
