Initial visit, in-person, 90 min $300
Initial visit, telehealth, 60 min $235
Follow-up visits, in-person, 60 min $185
Follow-up visits, in-person, 90 min $250
Follow-up visits, telehealth, 30 min $90
I am credentialed with the following insurance companies:
Pacific Source, Moda and BCBS/Regence
Late cancellation (less than 48 hours) is $75, same day cancellation or no show is the full cost of your visit.
